RJ Mahvash is riding high on a proud and emotional moment. The well-known content creator, RJ, and now emerging producer, was recently recognised with an award for emerging film producer and entrepreneur of 2025. Marking a big milestone in her journey, Mahvash took to Instagram to share her feelings in a deeply personal post
Heartfelt Instagram post after her big win
Mahvash posted a photo of herself holding the award, accompanied by a long and emotional caption. “Emerging film producer and entrepreneur 2025🤍 Niyat saaf, Manzil asaan 🌼 Happy emotional crying overwhelmed – I am so proud of everything I have worked hard for and everything that didn’t work out so that better things can! Just remember one thing, God serves. Earlier or later, God serves your intentions. Hence- Niyat saaf, manzil asaan,” she wrote.
Chahal sends warm congratulations
One special message that stood out was from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. The Indian spinner not only liked her post but also left a sweet comment to cheer her on. “Congratulations,” Chahal wrote, showing his support for Mahvash’s big win. This kind gesture came shortly after Chahal opened up about the swirling rumours linking him to RJ Mahvash after his separation from dancer and influencer Dhanashree Verma.
Link-up rumours addressed by Chahal
Speaking on Raj Shamani’s podcast, Chahal addressed the gossip directly. When asked whether he was dating Mahvash or anyone else, Chahal firmly responded, “No, there’s nothing. People can think whatever they want to think.”He also opened up about how difficult it has been to process the end of his marriage. “It will take time to process. I need to gather myself. I’m not afraid to fall in love again, but I’m scared of losing the person because I get attached with all my heart.”
Mahvash faced backlash during the rumours
In the same podcast, Yuzi candidly revealed how the online chatter and assumptions deeply affected Mahvash. “For the first time, when I was seen with someone, people started linking us right away. Even she clarified it, but it was very hard for her. She was called a homewrecker… people said really nasty things. I felt terrible,” Chahal admitted.
A dinner photo sparked it all
Recalling a specific incident, Chahal said the rumours were fuelled by a photo taken during a casual dinner with friends. “We had a Christmas dinner with five people, but the photo was cropped to make it look like just the two of us were on a dinner date,” he explained. This manipulated photo set off a wave of online buzz, leading to even more intrusive attention on their lives. “I can’t even go out with friends now because people start making their own stories. It’s so difficult,” he said in the same interview.
