The actor known for his romantic roles confessed in a past interview why he has been unlucky in finding love for himself. During an interview with Galatta India, Kartik explained his single status, “Maybe because I will find down the future and may till date I have not been so lucky.” Karttk believes that the luck factor never played in his favor.

Kartik believes that he couldn’t find someone partly because work has made him meet a limited number of people. He says, “Because of your work, you meet a very limited number of people. Your day goes in that zone. It becomes like that. You might earn a lot and become famous, but one thing is for sure: you can’t buy love. I’m not dating anyone. I’m even called a romantic hero, but I have been unlucky in love. So, I feel I have to find the right person whenever that happens.”
