Jaya Bachchan stood apart with her choice of movies when she started her career. Known for memorable movies like ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Abhimaan’, ‘Guddi’ and many more, the actress has always made an impact on screen. However, over the years as she did lesser movies, it’s her interaction off screen with the paps which gets blown on social media, thus becoming a topic of discussion. The actress has always believed in being true to herself and that also reflected in her thoughts about ageing and Botox. She is often seen sporting her grey hair with confidence. In an earlier interview with Times Of India, Jaya Bachchan opened up on ageing, “I’m very proud of every wrinkle and grey hair,” said the actress. Opening up on her views on Botox, she said, “I never used anything artificial on my face. Never will.”During the same chat, she also spoke about how proud she is of her children Abhishek Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. “There is not a single day in my life when I don’t look at them with pride, for being such fine human beings. I am so glad we didn’t bring them up to be spoilt brats.” The actress has recently been in the news for her comments about the paps. She had said during a chat with Barkha Dutt, “I am the product of the media, but my relationship with paparazzi is zero. Who are these people? Are they trained to represent the people of this country? You call them media? I come from the media. My father was a journalist. I have tremendous respect for such people.” She further added, “But ye jo bahar drain-pipe type gande gande pants pehen kar, haath me mobile le ke. They think just because they have a mobile, they can take your picture and say what they want and the kind of comments they pass.”The actress was last seen in ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ directed by Karan Johar.
