The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has given a chance to the applicants who have applied for direct recruitment to the post of Constable Civil Police and equivalent to make corrections in their online application forms for the UP Police Constable recruitment 2025.On the one hand, the official notice states that in order to provide the applicants with the opportunity to rectify, the application editing facility has been made available and the time for utilization of this facility has been set from 06:00 AM on January 31, 2026, to 06:00 AM on February 3, 2026. Furthermore, the Board has revealed that the correction window being made available is a single and final one and, thus, no extra opportunities will be extended to change the details in the application after the final submission.One-time correction facility for registered candidatesUPPRPB stated that online applications for UP Police Constable recruitment 2025 were invited between December 31, 2025, and January 30, 2026, under Notification No. PRPB-B (Constable PAC and other cadres) 07/2025. The recruitment campaign is expected to fill a total of 32,679 vacancies in Constable Civil Police, PAC, Special Force, Battalion, Mounted Police, and Jail Warden for male and female candidates.Applicants can access the correction window by visiting the Board’s official website at https://uppbpb.gov.in. The correction window enables applicants to make corrections in some of the details they have provided in the application form. However, details obtained from the One Time Registration (OTR) system and the photograph uploaded cannot be corrected.
Steps to make corrections in UP Police Constable application form 2025
Step 1: Go to the official website of UPPRPB at https://uppbpb.gov.in.Step 2: Select the application link and log in through registered credentials, Aadhaar ID, or DigiLocker.Step 3: Navigate to the Application History tab and click on the Modify Details button.Step 4: Make necessary changes only to the permitted fields in the various sections of the application form.Step 5: After a thorough check of the changes made, click on Update to finalize the submitted application form.After submitting the updated application form, the candidates wont be given a chance for further modification.Important instructions and helpline supportThe Board warned candidates to be very careful in modifying application details as only a single correction opportunity is being given.
