
The Rs 15,512-crore IPO for Tata Capital closed on Wednesday with the issue subscribed nearly two times the ex-anchor offer size. Against 33.3 crore shares on offer at a Rs 310-326-per share, the demand for the company’s shares at the close of the bidding process was for 65.1 crore shares, translating to a total book size of Rs 21,230 crore, data on BSE showed.The IPO opened on Oct 7 and the shares are expected to be listed on Oct 13.
