The Staff Selection Commission is expected to announce the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Tier 1 result shortly on its official website, ssc.gov.in. Once declared, the result will be released in PDF format and will list the roll numbers and names of candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.The Tier 1 exam started on November 12, 2025, and is still active until November 30, 2025. Candidates clearing at this level will be eligible to appear for the next selection stage, the Tier 2 examination, for Group C posts.Result details and cut-off marksAlong with the result PDF, SSC will publish category-wise cut-off marks. The result document will include candidates’ roll numbers, names and parents’ names. Although the Commission has not confirmed an official result date, the evaluation process is reported to be nearing completion.SSC released the provisional answer key on December 8, 2025 and accepted objections until December 11, 2025. After reviewing the challenges raised by candidates, the Commission finalised the answer key and prepared the result based on it.Vacancies and selection process overviewSSC CHSL 2025, the Commission hopes to admit 3,131 individuals for various posts in different departments at the level of 10+2. Results for different stages of the SSC CHSL 2025 examination roll out separately by the SSC. Marks scored in Tier 1 determine the eligibility for the SCC CHSL 2025 Tier 2, and overall performance across all the stages determines the end result.The Tier 2 examination is tentatively scheduled for February–March 2026. The exact dates will be notified after the Tier 1 results are announced.SSC CHSL tier 2 exam pattern explainedSSC has revised the Tier 2 exam pattern for the CHSL 2025 cycle. Tier 2 will be conducted in two sessions on the same day and will consist of three sections with two modules each. Most questions will be objective-type multiple-choice, except the skill or typing test.
Session I carries negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer in Sections 1, 2 and Module 1 of Section 3.
