Reportedly, the theft was alleged to be masterminded by trusted staff members which escalated into a legal battle when the accused employees filed a retaliatory, false case against Diya Krishna and Krishna Kumar. They claimed innocence and accused the family of harassment to divert attention from the theft. However, a rigorous Crime Branch investigation dismantled their lies, proving that the staff had indeed siphoned off nearly Rs. 69 lakh while establishing the total innocence of Diya and her father.

What hurt the family more was the timing of the issue. Diya Krishna was in the last stage of her pregnancy and the problems arose. Reportedly, there were just 20 days until her delivery, a time when Divya needed peace and care.Diya had to face police cases, stress, and public attention during this time and the situation took a heavy emotional toll on her.
Krishna Kumar speaks from the heart
Speaking to Movie World Media, Krishna Kumar opened up about what Diya went through.He said, “Diya went through immense pain during her pregnancy. These incidents happened when there were only 20 days left for her delivery. During that time, even the baby suffered along with her. No matter how much we told her not to take pressure, she was completely shattered. She was named as the second accused, and very serious sections were charged. The three girls who committed the fraud were the ones she loved the most. They stole the money and then filed a case against us. All this broke her badly, and she had to be admitted to the hospital multiple times.”His words showed how deeply the family was affected.

Krishna Kumar also spoke about the emotional change after Diya’s baby was born. He said, “When he came into this world, it filled our lives with unlimited happiness. After his arrival, everything felt more positive.
