Shah Rukh Khan may be enjoying a superstar status and gets immense love from all over the world. But deep down, he’s a huge sports fanatic. He enjoys watching sports and also playing sometimes. Not to mention, he owns a team at IPL – Kolkata Knight Riders and he’s seen cheering at the stadium for his team passionately. While KKR have proven to be IPL winners three times, their initial years when IPL started weren’t good. The team went through a lot of struggle and that was also displayed in the documentary titled, ‘Living With KKR’. In a recent interview, numerologist Swetta Jumani has revealed that she and her team suggested the star to change the colour of the KKR. She revealed during a chat with Hindi Rush, “Shah Rukh Khan is our client for KKR. We changed the uniform of KKR, we told them what colour combinations to take. It is because of that that they won three IPL trophies. I had read him talking about how he would cry in the toilet over KKR losing matches in IPL. Then we had suggested them to change their uniform from black and gold to purple and gold, now they have got three cups.”In the documentary on the team, Shah Rukh had expressed, “He said, “I have never wanted to be a part of IPL for personal success. As a matter of fact, I think, maybe, it lends to negatives in my career. I had never been booed in a stadium. I can walk into a crowd of a lakh people, sling a guitar around my neck and people would cheer me on. Sometimes, I go to stadiums here where I am booed and I think is this the same country where I am a big movie star?”Shah Rukh was deeply devasted when the crowds at Wankhede Stadium booed at him when his team lost. Joy Bhattacharya who was a team director of KKR during that time said in the documentary, “He wasn’t devastated because we lost, but because of the way the city he had adopted, and been a part of for 20 years, the way they booed himOn work front, SRK will be seen next in ‘King’. The film has reportedly gone on floors and stars Abhishek Bachchan, Suhana Khan along with Shah Rukh.
