Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra, Mumbai home on June 14, 2020; following prolonged investigations and rumors, officials ruled it a suicide. Actress Rhea Chakraborty faced drug procurement charges linked to him, resulting in her Narcotics Control Bureau arrest and a month’s imprisonment. Her brother, Showik Chakraborty, was also detained in the same matter.
