In a video on reddit, celebrity saree draper Dolly Jain recalled how Deepika performed the iconic ‘Nagada Sang Dhol’ song from Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela barefoot, despite bleeding and swollen feet from the heavy 30 kg lehenga and intense choreography.

Reports are rife that the actress had requested shorter working hours post-motherhood, a share of the film’s profits, and a higher fee, which didn’t fit the production plan.After Deepika’s exit, Triptii Dimri, who rose to fame with her role in Animal, was brought in as the female lead. Tensions rose when Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared cryptic posts on social media, widely seen as subtle digs at Deepika. Without mentioning her, the Kabir Singh director accused an actor of breaking an “unsaid NDA” by leaking details about the film’s story. He added, “Putting down a younger actor and ousting my story? Is this what your feminism stands for?” and tagged the post with #dirtyPRgames.
