The result is now available on the official NIOS websites. Students who appeared for the secondary and senior secondary exams can check their marks using their enrolment number. Students can check their result by visiting the official website nios.ac.in or results.nios.ac.in. On the homepage, they need to click on the result link for the October–November 2025 public exam. After that, students must enter their enrolment number and submit the details. The scorecard will appear on the screen. Result correction rules and fee details
NIOS allows students to apply for correction in the result if there is an error. The correction request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of result declaration. The correction facility is available online. Students need to log in using their credentials and select the correction option.Correction requests can be submitted for cases such as missing practical marks, missing tutor marked assignment marks, missing transfer of credit marks, or incorrect absence status in a subject. The correction fee is Rs 50 per request. The fee must be paid online. Requests submitted after the last date will not be accepted.Students should note that correction does not mean rechecking of answer scripts. It is only for data-related issues in the published result.
Rechecking and re-evaluation options
Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for rechecking or re-evaluation. Rechecking involves verification of marks totaling and checking whether all answers have been evaluated. The rechecking fee for public exams is Rs 400 per subject.Re-evaluation involves re-evaluation of the answer script. The fee for re-evaluation for public exams is Rs 1000 per subject. For on-demand exams, the re-evaluation fee is Rs 1200 per subject. An online processing fee of Rs 50 is also applicable per request.Applications for rechecking and re-evaluation must be submitted within the time limit announced by NIOS.
