The last date for submission is July 17, 2025. NBEMS FMGE 2025: How to submit deficient documents
Candidates who have been notified of document deficiencies can submit the required documents through the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in. NBEMS FMGE 2025: Required documents
NBEMS has identified several categories of documents that need to be submitted by candidates. These include:
- Primary Medical Qualification Documents: Candidates must provide the degree certificate or provisional pass certificate, duly apostilled and attested by the Indian Embassy in the country where the medical qualification was obtained.
- Eligibility Certificate: If applicable, candidates need to submit the eligibility certificate issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the Medical Council of India (MCI), or an admission letter, or proof of having qualified NEET-UG.
- Proof of Citizenship: This document is required to verify the candidate’s citizenship.
- Corrected Name and Date of Birth: Candidates must ensure there are no discrepancies in the name or date of birth across the documents submitted.
- Transfer Documents: If applicable, candidates should provide supporting documents for transfer from one medical institution to another.
Failure to submit any of the required documents by July 17, 2025, will result in the candidate being declared ineligible for the FMGE 2025 exam. Consequently, the candidate will not receive an admit card, and no further opportunities will be provided for document submission.
