Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, the film stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Nargis Fakhri, Ruhii Singh, Shreya Sharma, Shaad Randhawa, Natalia Janoszek, Tara Sumner, and Elnaaz Norouzi.The movie was released in theaters on November 21, 2025. The makers failed to revive the adult comedy genre on the big screen; however, they failed due to weak content. The movie managed to earn Rs15.14 crore at the box office, while the reported budget of the film is Rs 40 crore.The first ‘Masti’ was released in the year 2004, which was followed by ‘Grand Masti’ in 2013 and ‘Great Grand Masti’ in 2016. The Central Board of Film Certification had granted an ‘A’ certificate to the film, which means only persons above the age of 18 could watch it in theaters. The Board also asked the makers to mute some words and drop some scenes.Meet Bros and Sanjeev-Darshan had composed the music for the film.
