
Maruti Suzuki India has reached a major milestone by inaugurating its 5,000th Arena Service outlet in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. With this addition, the company’s nationwide service network has now expanded to over 5,640 touchpoints, covering 2,818 cities in India.Maruti Suzuki’s service ecosystem includes a wide range of formats: Arena and Nexa workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), Rural Workshops, Service-on-Wheels units, and Authorized Service Stations.As of October 2025, Maruti Suzuki’s Arena lineup features a wide mix of cars, including hatchbacks like the Alto K10, Wagon R, Celerio, Swift, and S-Presso; the compact sedan Dzire; SUVs such as the new Victoris, launched in September 2025 as the Arena flagship, and the Brezza; the seven-seater MPV Ertiga; and the Eeco.
Tamil Nadu alone accounts for more than 400 authorized Maruti Suzuki service outlets, highlighting the company’s strong focus on regional accessibility. In the financial year 2024–25, Maruti Suzuki achieved a record by servicing over 27 million vehicles, the highest ever in a single fiscal year. Between April and September 2025, the network has already handled service for 14 million vehicles, reaffirming its capacity to cater to over 30 million vehicles annually.Spread across 3,200 sq. m., the newly inaugurated Coimbatore workshop features four service bays and four body repair bays. Equipped with modern tools and diagnostic systems, the facility is designed to deliver a hassle-free and efficient service experience to customers.
