CM Dr. Yadav Inaugurates and Performs Bhoomi-Pujan of Rs. 246 Cr Projects in Ratlam’s Kundal Village
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that taking Madhya Pradesh to new heights of development is the government’s top priority. The state is witnessing rapid growth and progress. The government is making dedicated efforts to enhance the income of farmers and dairy producers, enabling them to become self-reliant. By accelerating milk production, Madhya Pradesh aims to become the Milk Capital of India by 2028.
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that the government will now purchase not only buffalo milk but also cow milk, and cow milk will be procured at higher prices. Under the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Kamdhenu Yojana, those establishing a unit with 25 cows and a cowshed worth up to Rs. 42 lakh will retain full ownership of milk and by-products, while the government will provide an incentive grant of Rs. 10 lakh. For large Gaushalas, the government will bear up to 25% of the investment cost. Responding to local demands, the Chief Minister assured developments at the religious sites of Koteshwar and Virupaksha Mahadev.

CM Dr. Mohan Yadav addressed the inauguration and Bhoomi-Pujan ceremony of development projects in Kundal village, Ratlam district. He inaugurated and performed Bhoomi-Pujan for 57 projects worth Rs. 246 crore, which included the inauguration of 37 projects costing Rs. 158.64 crore and Bhoomi-Pujan of works worth Rs. 87.27 crore.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also approved a Rs. 113 crore drinking water scheme and the Mor Kundwa irrigation project. He announced that after a feasibility study, a four-lane road between Ratlam and Khachrod will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 220 crore. He assured Sailana residents that the government will resolve the issues caused by the Kharmor Bird Sanctuary.
He further announced that the government will soon relaunch public bus transport services under the “Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Yojana”, beginning from the Malwa region. A world-class green corridor from Jaora to Ujjain is also being developed, which will benefit the Ratlam district the most.
Highlighting Ratlam’s distinct identity, he said, ‘Ek taraf tamam-ek taraf Ratlam’ has been the pride of this region. Ratlam’s jewelry, savory snacks, and oil-fried kachoris have earned global fame.

CM Dr. Yadav said, under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh is transforming from a developing state into a self-reliant and developed state. “The government is for the poor, helpless, and needy, and it is our responsibility to bring new light into their lives. He added, “No one will be left out of development benefits”. He informed that the PM MITRA Park near Badnawar in Dhar district will soon have its Bhoomi-Pujan, generating over 1 lakh direct jobs.
The Chief Minister announced several welfare measures for farmers. Under the Parvati–Kalisindh–Chambal river-linking project, irrigation water will be provided to every farm and village in Ratlam. All farmers will be provided with solar pumps, enabling them to generate their own electricity for irrigation and ensuring permanent freedom from power bills.
For healthcare, the Chief Minister said that even the poorest will now receive free treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh, along with complimentary air ambulance and helicopter services for treatment in major cities. Under the Rahveer Yojana, if an injured person is transported from the site of a road accident to a hospital, the government will cover medical expenses up to Rs. 1.5 lakh and reward the person who provides assistance with Rs. 25,000. The Chief Minister remarked, “This scheme represents true humanity”.

CM Dr. Yadav announced that the government will recruit 2.5 lakh candidates for government jobs in the next five years, including filling all police vacancies within three years. Investors setting up employment-based industries will receive government support, along with a Rs. 5,000 incentive per local youth employed, payable to the recruited youth. He also declared that every family will be provided with a permanent house, ensuring no one is left without housing. From Bhai Dooj on Diwali this year, all Ladli Behnas will start receiving Rs. 1,500 per month, which will gradually increase to Rs. 3,000 per month in the next five years.
The program was also addressed by Ratlam-Jhabua MP Smt. Anita Nagar Singh Chouhan and Ratlam Rural MLA Shri Mathuralal Damor, who presented demands local development.
CM Dr. Yadav was welcomed with traditional tribal honours, including a turban, bandi, silver bracelet and bow & arrow. The event was attended by Minister for MSMEs Shri Chaitanya Kumar Kashyap, Jaora MLA Dr. Rajendra Pandey, District Panchayat President Smt. Lalabai Chandravanshi, former Minister Shri Himmat Kothari, former MP Shri Guman Singh Damor, other public representatives and a large gathering of villagers.
