In an interview with The Indian Express, Jason Shah reflected on the CBFC controversy surrounding ‘Jana Nayagan’. The actor expressed that he was sure about the film release on its scheduled date of January 9, 2026. He shared that he never understood what goes on behind the scenes for certification.Jason Shah added, “But religion and politics always have something to do with movies. Whoever is voted in as the ruling party, they have been given the country in their hands to decide what happens.”He went on to say, “Your voting causes these kinds of decisions, so if you have done that, then also sit back and be happy.”
