The At-Home Reception held in New Delhi on January 26 was the official end of the celebrations for the Republic Day. The reception was presided over by Droupadi Murmu, the president of India, with politicians, diplomats, and eminent citizens of the country as the hosts. This also included the attendance of PM Narendra Modi, Former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, and many diplomats serving in different roles. Samantha, being among the guests, was also a bigger star than the industry, and it got highlighted also in the national limelight.

I just kept showing up, in a country that allowed that to be enough! Forever grateful”. Thanking the country, she gave a citation to the hope and hard work that was enough to get her through.
