‘Dhadak 2’ Box Office collection day 6 update
According to Sacnilk, the movie, which made it to the theatres on August 1, 2025, has been able to mint over Rs. 15 crore in 6 days. It opened with a decent Rs 3.5cr on Friday, and saw slight growth on Saturday, collecting Rs. 3.75cr. On Sunday, with a rise of 10 percent, the film made Rs 4.15 crore. However, with Monday came the unexpected fall in the numbers. With a drop of over 60 percent, it collected only Rs 1.35crore, which rose to Rs 1.65 crore on Tuesday. However, according to the early estimates, on Wednesday, there was another dip, and the movie made Rs. 1 crore in business across India. With this, the tally stands at Rs 15.40 crore.
The Rs 99 offer!
To draw more viewers to cinemas, the creators of ‘Dhadak 2’ introduced a special promotion for Tuesday, August 5. Moviegoers could enjoy the film for just Rs 99 at theaters nationwide. The production team shared this announcement with an upbeat message on Instagram: “Ab har khushi mil jayegi! Witness the fight for love, this Tuesday starting at ₹99.” Though the makers are trying every trick in the book to boost ticket sales, the film hasn’t been able to witness any significant growth.
Competition with ‘Saiyaara’ and ‘Son Of Sardaar 2 ’
‘Dhadak’ and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ were released on the same day. The latter is a comedy-drama that has been able to maintain a strong grip on the audience from the beginning. From its opening day collection to the latest day 6 numbers, ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ has stayed ahead in the game. With Rs. 1.65 crore collection on Wednesday, the movie has made over Rs. 31crore in 6 days. ‘Saiyaara’, on the other hand, continues to impress even in the third week. The Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer has already crossed the Rs 300 crore mark and on Wednesday added another Rs 2 crore to the tally, beating the new releases.
