The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an advisory urging candidates to complete the CUET PG 2026 registration process on or before January 14, 2026. The application portal for the Common University Entrance Test for postgraduate admissions will close at 11:50 PM on the last date, and no extensions have been announced so far.CUET PG 2026 will be conducted in March 2026 for admission to postgraduate programmes offered by central universities and other participating institutions. NTA has clarified that only candidates who complete all steps of the application process, including fee payment, will be allowed to appear for the examination.

Most universities require a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate marks, with relaxation for reserved categories.
