
Take Holy Dip at Narsingh Ghat and Offer Prayers
On the second day of the holy month of Shravan, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, accompanied by his wife, visited the sacred shrine of Lord Mahakal in Ujjain and participated in the revered Bhasmarti ritual. Following the ceremony, the couple offered prayers to Lord Mahakal, with the worship conducted by priest Shri Akash Guru. Prior to the darshan, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took a holy dip at Narsingh Ghat and performed the traditional rituals.


CM Dr. Yadav Interacts with Devotees and Enquires About Well Being
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, during his visit to the Shri Mahakal Temple premises, interacted with devotees and inquired about their well-being. He engaged in conversation with those who had participated in the sacred Bhasmarti and asked about their experience at the temple. A woman devotee from Ayodhya expressed her gratitude to the Chief Minister, saying that her darshan of Lord Mahakal was completed smoothly and without any difficulty.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav remarked that, with the blessings of Baba Shrimahakal and under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh is moving steadily toward prosperity in alignment with the nation’s overall development. He highlighted that the investment attracted during the Growth Summit held in Indore would open new avenues of employment for the youth of the state.

He further added that world-class, employment-oriented courses are being introduced in schools and colleges to equip students for the global job market. More than 3 lakh new jobs are being created to strengthen youth employment. Additionally, over 5 lakh government officers and employees across the state will benefit from the upcoming promotions.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav emphasised that the state government is ensuring balanced investment across all sectors to create equal employment opportunities for the youth. He also mentioned that extensive facilities for religious tourism are being developed throughout Madhya Pradesh. Special arrangements have been made for the convenience of Kavad pilgrims, along with infrastructure enhancements at various temples.
Reiterating the government’s commitment to the principle of Sarvajan Hitaya—welfare of all—Dr. Yadav assured that promises made to Ladli Behnas and all sections of society are being fulfilled. Notably, 35 percent reservation has been granted to women in government jobs in the state. With the blessings of Shri Mahakal, the government’s resolution to provide a Rs. 5,000 incentive to labourers in the industrial sector under various schemes will also be implemented.
