It is well-known that Akshay Kumar makes sure to eat dinner before 7 PM. At a book launch event for ‘Your Body Already Knows’, Akshay explained while addressing the audience, and said “it is important to eat at 6.30 pm because you get your time to digest your food and by the time when you are about to sleep, by 9, 9.30, 10 o’clock, the stomach is completely ready to rest. It is a very simple thing.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan
In a 2025 interview with Nod magazine, Kareena Kapoor opened up about the sleep and fitness routine that she follows, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic.
