
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav Holds One-to-One Meetings with Leading Industrialists in Ludhiana
Interest Expressed in Textile, Pharma, Steel, Ethanol, and Food Processing Sectors
During his visit to Ludhiana, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held one-on-one meetings with prominent industrialists from Punjab and apprised them of Madhya Pradesh’s investor-friendly policies. He assured the industrialists that the Madhya Pradesh government is ready to make policy changes wherever new opportunities emerge. He emphasised that the state is equally committed to safeguarding the interests of both workers and industries.

The Chief Minister interacted with the industrialists were among who From the textile sector— Shri Dinesh Oswal, CMD of Nahar Group, Shri Navneet Gupta, CFO of SEL Group and Shri Manjit Singh, representative of Bonn Group of Industries. From the steel sector—Shri Lokesh Jain, MD of TK Steel Group, discussed potential investment avenues in the state. From pharmaceuticals, ethanol and chemicals—Shri Varinder Gupta, MD of IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals and Shri Puneet Agrawal, Director of MRM Medhya Greentech, presented their investment proposals. From food processing and the tea industry—Shri Sushil Mittal, MD of Bhagwati Lactose Vegetarian Exports and Shri Harish Dua, member of KG Export Team, discussed Madhya Pradesh’s logistics network, agri-product availability, and food parks. From the engineering sector—Shri S.K. Rai, MD of Hero Cycles and Shri Amit Kumar Modi, MD of Highland Ethanol, sought information about available industrial zones for investment. In addition, Shri Anoop Bector, MD of Bectors Foods, and Shri Deepak Garg, Director of A.V. Cotspin Industries, held detailed discussions with the Chief Minister and praised the state’s progressive industrial policies.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav shared during the meeting that the state government had recently cleared labor settlements worth hundreds of crores, highlighting the government’s sensitivity and commitment to worker welfare. He also assured that if any amendments in policy are required to facilitate investment, the government is prepared to make changes even at the Cabinet level.

This interactive session in Ludhiana marked not only a major step forward in attracting investment proposals but also showcased how, under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is emerging as a reliable and pragmatic destination for investors.
