Shah Rukh Khan, often called the King of Bollywood, has lived a life where fans are never far behind. From selfies to autographs, most encounters are routine, predictable, and part of the superstar experience. But every now and then, admiration takes a bizarre turn that leaves even the star stunned. One such unforgettable incident was recounted by SRK himself, back in 2016 on the talk show ‘Aap Ki Adalat’. It wasn’t about a fan asking for an autograph or a picture, but something so unusual and bold that it almost sounds unreal. A devoted admirer sneaked into Shah Rukh’s Mumbai home, ‘Mannat’, and did the unthinkable.
When a fan managed to sneak into Mannat
Recalling the event, Shah Rukh said, “I was completely shocked when this happened. It was either my birthday or some interviews where a lot of journalists had come to Mannat to interview me. And amidst all of them, a fan also sneaked in, and then, he took off his clothes, jumped into my swimming pool and swam one full length.” But that’s not it, what happened next left the ‘Baazigar’ actor also stunned. He further revealed, “When the security guard caught him asking who he was, he said, ‘I don’t want anything. I just wanted to bath in Shah Rukh Khan’s swimming pool.’ And then he said, ‘Now I have taken bath in the water with which Shah Rukh bathes, now I’ll leave’.”
Shah Rukh Khan was left shocked
The ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ further explained, “So even the security got so amused that they instantly called me and I too was shocked. And I said I would like to meet this person because it’s so weird, but then he said that he doesn’t want to meet me, and he really left.”Even SRK admitted that he was stunned by the fan’s courage. The admirer didn’t want an autograph, a selfie, or even a brief interaction.
