Manisha Rani calls Dhanashree Verma’s baseless
Manisha Rani also took a dig at fellow contestant Dhanashree, saying, “Whatever Dhanashree says in the Red Room is just copy-paste and under the influence of others. Whatever she says is absolutely baseless and senseless.”
Yuzvendra Chahal denies cheating allegations publicly
Manisha’s comments come just a day after cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal addressed the buzz around his ex-wife Dhanashree Verma’s alleged cheating claims, calling them “baseless and exhausting.” Speaking to Hindustan Times, he firmly denied the accusations and said he has moved on.“I am a sportsperson and I do not cheat. Agar koi two months mein hi cheat karta toh itna lamba relationship chalta kya? (If someone cheats within just two months, would such a long relationship even last?) For me, this chapter is over, done and dusted. I have moved forward with my life and everyone else should do, too,” Chahal said.Chahal also explained that their marriage lasted over four years and that the claims of infidelity do not match reality. “Hamari shaadi 4.5 years thi. Agar two months mein cheat hua hota toh kaun continue karta? Mai pehle bhi bol chuka hun ki mai past se nikal chuka hun. But some people are still stuck there… unka ghar mere naam se chal raha hai toh they can continue doing that. (Our marriage was 4.5 years long. If cheating had happened within two months, who would have continued? I have already said that I have moved on from the past. But some people are still stuck there… if their household is being run in my name, then they can continue doing that.) I am not concerned or affected,” he added.
