During an appearance on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Her Daddy, Stephen Curry’s wife Ayesha revealed she never wanted to become a mother. The Sweet July Skin owner even said that she never dreamt of getting married as a little girl before she met the Warriors’ star. She said, “I didn’t want kids. I didn’t wanna get married. I thought I was gonna be a career girl and that’s it. And I had my eyes set on my goals, and I was never the little girl that, like, dreamt about the wedding dress and all of that.”
Ayesha Curry revealed that after meeting Stephen, she instantly knew he was the one and did not think much before taking the biggest decision of her life. She further added, “I didn’t. I just knew that I loved him and I’d never experienced anything else. I’d never felt any differently than, like, this is who I wanna spend the rest of my life with. And so we kinda just dove in.” Ayesha Curry was just 22, when she got married to the NBA star. With a marriage stretching beyond a decade, Stephen and Ayesha share four kids together.
