
Volvo Cars India has launched the new and updated 2025 Volvo XC60 facelift SUV in the Indian market. The new XC60 is offered in a single fully loaded Ultra variant priced at Rs 71.9 lakh (ex-showroom). The refreshed model gets cosmetic tweaks and new features, which have pushed its price up by Rs 1.15 lakh when compared to the older model. The XC60 continues to compete with the Mercedes GLC, BMW X3, and Audi Q5.The latest update to the current-generation Volvo XC60 comes around three years after the last one and follows its global debut just over five months ago. Interested customers can book the SUV online or by visiting their nearest Volvo dealership, deliveries are expected to begin soon.

The overall silhouette of the 2025 Volvo XC60 facelift remains the same. It carries only subtle exterior updates with key revisions including a new diagonal-slat grille and freshly designed 19-inch alloy wheels, which bring the SUV’s styling closer to that of the flagship XC90. Unlike the global version, however, the India-spec model misses out on the reworked front bumper and smoked tail-lamps. The XC60 is now offered in six colour options – a new shade called Forest Lake joins the lineup alongside Crystal White, Onyx Black, Denim Blue, Bright Dusk, and Vapour Grey, while Platinum Grey has been dropped.
Moving inside, the overall layout remains the same but it now gets a larger freestanding 11.2-inch touchscreen running on Google’s OS and is powered by a much quicker Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Complementing the infotainment is a 1,410W Bowers & Wilkins audio system with 15 speakers. Other premium touches include a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, elegant wood dashboard inlays, massaging front seats, and Nappa leather upholstery. Safety features include Volvo’s Smart Safety Network, a Level 2 ADAS suite that brings in features such as cross-traffic alert with auto brake, blind spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and both lane-keeping and pilot assist. Eight airbags, a 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, and more. Mechanically it remains the same, it continues to be powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbo petrol paired with a 48 V mild-hybrid system producing 250hp and 360Nm. It comes paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox which sends power to all four wheels.
