WBCS Final result 2026: Overview
The final result is based on candidates’ performance in the written examination and the personality test, conducted by WBPSC as part of the WBCS (Executive) recruitment process. According to the commission, a total of 131 candidates have been recommended for appointment in this cycle. Out of these, 115 candidates have been shortlisted for Group A services, and 16 candidates have been selected for Group B services. The merit list has been generated based on the existing reservation rules and eligibility criteria specified in the recruitment notification.
What happens after the final result?
Candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the final merit list will be contacted by the concerned authorities for the appointment and joining process.
