Her first brush with fame came through advertisements, most notably a soft drink commercial alongside Aamir Khan, which brought her instant recognition and opened the doors to films. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Rimi Sen’s estimated wealth stands at around 10 million USD, roughly translating to Rs 80–85 crore. Much of this was accumulated during her most active years in Bollywood, when she was part of several commercially successful projects. Her income came not just from acting fees, but also from brand endorsements during that period. In recent years, Rimi has spoken openly about prioritising financial security over remaining in the public eye. Rimi has been living in Dubai for several years now, though she keeps details about her residence closely guarded. Known for valuing privacy, she prefers her personal life to remain away from public scrutiny. Reports suggest she resides in a secure, thoughtfully planned community that suits working professionals.During her acting days, she was based in Mumbai, like most Bollywood actors, choosing neighbourhoods that balanced convenience with discretion. She was never one to flaunt luxury or give fans a glimpse into her personal spaces, including her Mumbai home. That mindset hasn’t changed with her move to Dubai. In many ways, the shift reflects her inclination toward order, routine, and a life removed from relentless public attention. The Dhoom actor recently appeared on a podcast with Priyank Shah, Founder of Buildcaps, alongside veteran real estate professional Ashish Sharma. During their conversation, Ashish praised her success in property dealings and joked, “Rimi ji kuch humaare liye bhi chorr do, saara Dubai nichodh diya aapne (Please leave something for us). Humein 18 saal laggye yahan tak pahuchne mein aur madam ne aake sab fodd dia (It took us 18 years to reach here and she came and won everything).” Rimi responded to it and revealed why she has left movies, “Real estate stable business hai. Bollywood ka nasha khatam hogaya, real estate ka nasha chadh chuka hai (Real estate is a stable business. I am done with Bollywood, now interested in real estate).” Rimi also addressed the gender imbalance that continues to exist in the film industry. She pointed out, “The film industry doesn’t have a very long time span, especially for women. Men continue to rule because it is a male-dominated industry. Even today, actors like Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are leading films after 20, 25, even 30 years.”
