Hero MotoCorp has revised prices across its 100cc commuter motorcycle range in India. The update affects some of the brand’s most affordable and high-volume models, including the HF Deluxe and Passion Plus. However, the good news is that the changes are marginal and are unlikely to have a major impact on buying decisions.
Hero MotoCorp price hike : Details
With the latest revision, all 100cc motorcycles in Hero MotoCorp’s portfolio have become slightly more expensive. The increase ranges between Rs 250 and Rs 758, depending on the model and variant. This comes shortly after the company increased prices of the Splendor Plus, which continues to be its best-selling motorcycle.
The Hero HF 100, positioned as the brand’s most affordable commuter bike, now carries an ex-showroom price of Rs 59,489. The HF Deluxe range has also seen a revision, with prices now starting at Rs 56,742 and going up to Rs 69,235, depending on the variant. These two models have received the higher end of the price hike within the 100cc lineup. The Hero Passion Plus has seen a smaller increase in comparison. The standard Drum variant is now priced at Rs 76,941, while the 125 Million Edition is priced at Rs 78,324, both ex-showroom. The price revision for the Passion Plus is limited to Rs 250 across variants.Such periodic hikes are part of annual price adjustments by manufacturers and are largely attributed to rising input costs, higher raw material prices and inflationary pressures.Stay tuned to TOI Auto for latest updates on the automotive sector and do follow us on our social media handles on Facebook, Instagram and X.
