Chalamet beat the likes of George Clooney, Jesse Plemons, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, and Lee Byung-Hun to win the Golden Globe, which is being touted as a possible foreshadowing for the 30-year-old star’s first Oscar. Though he memorably won at the Screen Actors Guild Awards last year for ‘A Complete Unknown,’ Chalamet had been winless in four previous Globes nominations.The actor was welcomed with loud cheers as he was called on stage to accept his award. Much like his Critics Choice speech, the actor slipped in a special thank-you note to Kylie. Calling her his ‘partner’, he said, “I love you.”Meanwhile, in a note to his co-star Kevin O’Leary, Chalamet said, “If you would have told me when I was 19 years old, I’d be thanking Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank? All right, you’re laughing, so I got away with that. Thank you, Kevin — I would have been stunned, but I’ve been very grateful.”
