Kamal Haasan hails the film’s milestone
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Kamal Haasan sent a congratulatory note to Udhyanidhi Stalin, the deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, on his unexpected movie’s political impact. “I hadn’t expected Parasakhti to be such a huge election anthem for the elections to be contested by our alliance. It is true that I want the movie to succeed and therefore, my wishes of success come from the heart. This is a historic victory for the DMK,” said Haasan. He also appreciated the performances of Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa, Sreeleela, and music composer GV Prakash, along with Sudha Kongara as the director, cinematographer Ravi K. Chandran, and editor Sathish Suriya.
