And now, in her recent Instagram post, she shared a simple exercise that strengthens the core.The 56-year-old actor uploaded a video of herself performing a core-strengthening exercise called ‘Kettlebell swings’. She uploaded a video of herself performing the exercise on social media, claiming that it has multiple benefits for the glutes, hamstrings, and the entire core. She added, “”Kettlebell swings are a strengthening exercise for your glutes & hamstrings.”Bhagyashree pointed out that in order to get the maximum benefits from the workout, one should be extremely mindful of the breathing pattern. She added that one should make sure that the weight of the kettlebell is not taken by the arms, but should be managed with the movement of the hip thrust.Bhagyashree wrote, “It also targets your core. Correct breathing while you do the hip thrust is a must. Your arms do not take the weight; it is the dynamic movement of the hip thrusts that helps you to swing the kettlebell.” Bhagyashree also mentioned certain tips to get the maximum benefits from Kettlebell swings. She shares that kettlebell swings is a full body power move that works for core strength and cardio. She also advises to target glutes, hamstrings and back. Bhagyashree further adds that this exercise is low impact and boosts metabolism. She mentions to make sure to “breathe out as you swing up” and emphasises that form is everything for kettlebell swings.
