Selection process, salary and benefits
The selection will be through a two-stage process. First is a computer-based online aptitude test with 60 questions covering English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Computer Knowledge, with 60 minutes to complete. Candidates who qualify will be called for a personal interview. Final selection is based on combined performance and document verification. The salary for Office Assistants ranges from ₹19,500 to ₹37,815 with 11 stagnation increments. Other benefits include pension under NPS, medical insurance, gratuity, and concessional loans.
