Despite circulating claims that the wedding might take place on December 7, 2025, Smriti’s brother Shravan Mandhana dismissed such reports. Speaking to the Hindustan Times, he stated:“I have no idea about these rumours. As of now, the wedding is still postponed.”Adding further clarity, Palash’s mother recently addressed concerns about the couple’s well-being. She revealed that Palash himself had faced a minor health scare similar to Smriti’s father and had been admitted to a hospital in Sangli for a few hours for tests, including an ECG and IV treatment. She reassured fans that both families were doing fine and that the wedding would happen soon:“Smriti and Palash dono takleef mein hain… Palash dreamt of coming home with his bride. I had even planned a special welcome…Everything will be fine, shaadi bohot jaldi hogi.”
