Chandrachur Singh is best remembered for starring alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai in the 2000 hit ‘Josh’.The actor was recently spotted in Aligarh in connection with a dispute over his ancestral property, a historic haveli and related assets linked to his lineage.According to PTI, Chandrachur alleges that certain family members are attempting to take unlawful possession of the property. Determined to protect what he believes is a rightful inheritance, he has initiated official proceedings to prevent any illegal encroachment.
Meeting with District Magistrate for intervention
Accompanied by his mother Krishna Kumari Devi, Chandrachur visited the District Magistrate’s office in Aligarh where he met DM Sanjeev Ranjan. During the meeting, the actor submitted documents laying out his claims and the current situation regarding the disputed property.Chandrachur has formally requested local administration to step in and ensure that no unauthorized takeover takes place.
