However, it is not just his acting skills that impress his fans, but also his lifestyle. He is a simple man with a plan who once revealed how he hasn’t eaten dinner for over a decade! Back in 2023, during his conversation with Curly Tales, Manoj Bajpayee revealed that he takes inspiration from his grandfather, and for more than a decade, he has skipped dinner from his daily plan. The actor shared that it not only helped him stay in shape, but also worked wonders for his energy levels. “It has been 13-14 years. I noticed how my grandfather had a thin frame, and he was always fit. So I followed what he used to eat, which helped me lose weight. I also feel more energetic and a lot healthier. I used to tweak it by fasting for 12 hours to 14 hours, and slowly, I started skipping dinner completely.) After lunch, the kitchen is non-operational. It only operates when our daughter is back from the hostel.”The actor further shared that initially it wasn’t easy to maintain the routine, but he didn’t give up. He used water and healthy biscuits to calm his hunger pangs. ‘The Family Man’ actor advocated that skipping dinner also helps in avoiding several diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart-related ailments.
